Shipping and Delivery Costs

1. Shipping costs

   1.1 Germany

LINTIA® ships free of charge within Germany. Dispatch is handled by our logistics partner, DHL.

   1.2 Austria

For shipping to Austria, LINTIA® ships free of charge for orders of €25 or more.

For orders below €25, the charge is a flat rate of €7.90 for standard shipping to Austria by DHL. The flat rate includes costs for packaging, insurance and shipping of the order.

   1.3 Other countries

At present, it is only possible to deliver within Germany and Austria. However, in the foreseeable future, we plan to introduce shipping to other countries.

2. Delivery

For standard shipping within Germany, the order will be delivered to the specified delivery address within 1-4 working days. Our logistics partner, DHL, delivers Mondays to Fridays.

3. Tracking your parcel

To make tracking easy for you when your parcel has been handed over to DHL, you will receive a shipment confirmation from DHL containing a DHL tracking code.
