Cancellation policy for delivery of goods
You have the right to cancel your order within fourteen days without giving a reason.
The cancellation deadline is fourteen days from the date on which:
- you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took delivery of the goods or,
- you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took delivery of the final items of one order where you ordered several items at the same time, but which were delivered separately.
In order to exercise your right to cancellation, you must explicitly inform us of your wish to cancel your order in writing by email, fax or postal mail at Trophovital GmbH, Am Gfild 3, 85375 Neufahrn bei Freising, Germany, Tel:. +49 (0) 89 9965530, email: email@example.com. To this end, you may wish to use the attached template cancellation form, although this is not mandatory.
In order to comply with the cancellation grace period, please ensure that you send notification that you are exercising your right to cancel your order before the end of the cancellation deadline.
Consequences of cancellation
If you cancel your order, we shall refund you all payments received, including delivery charges (other than any additional charges arising from your choosing a different method of delivery from the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay, no later than fourteen days from the date on which we receive notice of cancellation. In this case, we will credit the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you: in no case will you be charged for this refund. We may refuse to make any refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the sooner.

in any event, no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of the cancellation of your order. The deadline shall be deemed to have been met if you send the goods before the end of the fourteen-day period. We shall bear the costs of returning the goods. However, this is only the case if you use the return label provided by us. If you choose a different method of despatch, the costs will be borne by you.
You will only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if such loss is due to inappropriate handling of the goods on your part following testing for condition, properties and functionality.
The right of cancellation shall not apply to orders for delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return on health and hygiene safety grounds if their seal has been broken after delivery.
You are free to use a different cancellation form to exercise your right to cancellation.
